Beer ideal for enjoying in pairs. Beer, which has become increasingly interesting over the years, acquires new dimensions in taste and aroma. Thanks to sufficient time, it matures into a delicacy. The uniqueness of this beer lies in slowing down the production processes and extending the time for all steps. The second fermentation took place in the bottle in our archival cellar with the help of special yeast. These yeasts consumed all the oxygen in the bottle and produced more alcohol, making this beer suitable for aging. Taste profile Aroma of peaches, berries, and nettles, high spiciness with a gentle burning on the tongue, lower bitterness. The finish is with a pleasant warmth in the mouth.
